Return and exchange are only applicable for item(s) that are defected or damage from our side, with tags still attached or mistaken delivery.
Return and exchange can be made within 7 days after item received with tags still attached.
ITEMS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO EXCHANGE IF:
- Item is damaged caused by (torn, stain, wrinkle, smell, cigarette, perfume).
- Item that have stain such as makeup stain, food, pen and etc.
- Item defected caused by customer.
- Item with no invoice or purchase receipt.
- Exceed 7 days from date of received item.
- Item with no price tag or label.
